1. Agreement
By engaging Verdant Atelier ("we", "us", "the studio") for services, products, or consultations, you agree to the terms set out here. These terms govern all client relationships unless replaced by a signed project agreement.
2. Services
Verdant Atelier provides plant styling, custom biophilic installations, plant maintenance plans, and workspace greening services. Detailed scopes, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual proposals.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from issue. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or as agreed in the project schedule.
4. Living Materials
Plants are living organisms. While we select, install, and care for specimens with the utmost expertise, we cannot guarantee specific lifespans. Care guides are provided with every installation.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before installation receive a full deposit refund less administrative costs. Cancellations after this window may incur sourcing and labour charges.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for damage caused by client misuse, neglect, environmental conditions outside our control, or third-party interference.
7. Intellectual Property
All design proposals, drawings, and concept materials remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier until full payment is received and a usage agreement is executed.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of Malta unless mutually settled through mediation.
