1. Studio Visits
Our atelier in San Pawl il-Baħar welcomes visitors by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday. This allows us to give each guest the attention they deserve and to keep the studio environment calm for our living collection.
2. Respect for Living Materials
We ask that visitors do not touch plants, leaves, or installations without invitation. Many specimens are rare, sensitive, or in delicate stages of acclimatisation.
3. Photography
Personal photography is welcomed within the studio. Commercial or editorial photography requires prior arrangement and a written agreement.
4. Project Site Conduct
During installations, our team requires reasonable access, lighting, and a clean working environment. We treat every site with care and ask that pets, children, and other contractors are coordinated for safety.
5. Care Commitments
Clients on maintenance plans agree to provide consistent access during scheduled visits, maintain the agreed environmental conditions (light, humidity, temperature), and report concerns promptly so issues can be addressed early.
6. Sourcing Ethics
We only source plants from licensed, ethical growers and refuse to participate in the trade of wild-collected, CITES-restricted, or illegally exported specimens. This commitment is non-negotiable.
7. Communication
We respond to inquiries within two working days. For active project clients, we maintain a single point of contact to ensure clarity and continuity.
8. Discretion
Many of our clients are private individuals and high-profile establishments. Discretion is offered by default and reinforced through NDAs when requested.
9. Sustainability Pledge
We use peat-free substrates, reusable vessels where possible, and partner with Maltese recyclers for end-of-life materials. We invite our clients to share this commitment with us.
